Hi Beauties, these pics are about three days old. Another lipstick from MAC that I think I might be wearing this Fall as much as "O" is Fresh Moroccan. I wore NARS Exhibit A on my cheeks as usual because I think it compliments the lip colour pretty well. For the eyes I am a wearing LORAC Inspiration eyeshadow and the darkest colour from my Smokey Brun Rimmel Quad to smoke it out in the outer V with Maybelline Eyestudio Master Drama Eyeliner -Midnight Master. I thought this eye look would be too much for the day but it turned out pretty subtle on camera. I usually take pics of the products I use but I lost the memory card that those pics are on. I am hoping I find it because it has other pics I haven't used yet and old ones that I have used. :( Last seen in one of my bags...

Night out on the town
Hi Beauties, so last Saturday night Kwame and I were gonna go to G Lounge to meet up with some friends for their birthdays. We got there and waited in line for the "regular people" way too long and realized that the bouncer was on some power trip. It was freezing, I was hungry and it was past my bed time. Both bouncers were being lame and if we had gotten in it would only be about an hour there so we ended up going to the bitterend for drinks At least I got to see my friend to say Happy Birthday when she came outside. She asked for makeup advice for her night out and looked amazing with a purple smokey eye which she did on her own. We bumped into old friends and new ones while waiting in line too so it wasn't all the bad. It was a shame that I looked that good and had to stand in line or pay the bouncer to get in infront of everyone else. hmmm Here are pics from that night. Cheers!

Inspired by Beyonce
Hi beauties, So I am rocking new hair, til I am probably tired of it and go back to my mohawk hair cut but that might not happen seeing that it's going to get colder pretty soon. When I saw my hair, I instantly flashed to Beyonce and her big curly hair. For this look I went sort of pin up with winged black eyeliner and red matte lips. The lipstick I used was creamy so to make it matte I dusted it with translucent powder. If you like my hair check out www.hairsisters.com.
WENT TO PLAY SOME POOLS WITH MY BFFS. GOT MY A$$ WHOOPED LOL
I PREFER TO WEAR IT PINNED UP BECAUSE I'M STILL NOT USED TO LONG HAIR. COLOUR ON MY LIPS IS CALLED DEEP CRUSH FROM MY SCHOOL KIT.
SHOT! EVERYONE SEEMS TO LOVE THE NEW HAIR AND ITS STARTING TO GROW ON ME. GO OUT AND TRY SOMETHING NEW. IT MIGHT SURPRISE YOU.

Don't tell Summer because I want her to come back early next year lol Here's the look... Enjoy. Can't wait to see the leaves changing colours... perfect inspiration for fall makeup.

MAC MATCHMASTER SPF 15 FOUNDATION LAUNCH
I am as excited as a fat kid in a candy store to try out MAC's newest foundation "Matchmaster SPF 15". It launches here in Canada and in the US on the 22nd September. Why am I so excited you may ask? Well let me quote MAC themselves "New Foundation Technology using transclucent pigments to enable a fully personalized finish influenced by the subtleties of you own skin's undertone. Moisturizing demi-matte finish. Medium buildable coverage. Line-reducing soft-focus powders." There are about 14 shades to choose from 1 being the lightest and 10 being the darkest.
I am always looking for the perfect foundation for black women. Let's face it the market/ industry doesn't really cater to the many different skin tones we have and we would either end up looking orange, grey, green, pale, oily, cakey, darker or lighter. So I will continue my never-ending search till I can fix this problem myself but I applaud those cosmetics company who are trying to remedy this sad situation. I am looking forward to the claim that it can match my own skin tone based on the subtleties and I like the fact that it's medium coverage which you can build on. My hope is that it is not too dewy since it is demi- matte and that it doesn't give my skin a grey cast because I have tried Jose Marin's personalized foundation which did that. So if you want to try out this new foundation, go to your MAC store next week and ask to try it out and if you still aren't sure because I find the lighting in MAC stores to be very deceiving, ask for a sample and take it home to try out in your own lighting. It would retail for about US$32.50 and CAD$ 39.00. It is a bit pricey so let's hope its worth it.

Fashion Week Trend- Blue Lips
Hey beauties, I was doing my usual "research" online and going thru the fashion week in NY pics and I came across a beauty trend that I am excited to try- BLUE LIPSTICK. It's still hard for the brain to conceive that blue lipstick is normal and wearable because my brain has been programmed to think it should be weird because its not red or pink or nude but I wanna deprogramme my brain and give it a try.
